1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CoderAxo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Services Rendered

CoderAxo provides custom software development, artificial intelligence implementation, computer vision systems, mobile and web application design, and related technical consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be governed by a separate Software Development Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between CoderAxo and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, all intellectual property rights in the software, code, designs, and materials created specifically for a client will transfer to the client upon full payment of all fees due. CoderAxo retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, developer tools, libraries, or generic components used during the project.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to cooperate with CoderAxo by providing timely feedback, credentials, data, and access to necessary platforms required for project completion. Delays in providing resources may result in adjustments to project schedules and budgets.

5. Payment and Fees

Client agrees to pay CoderAxo the fees outlined in the respective proposal or SOW. Payment terms are typically structured around project milestones or monthly retainer cycles. Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoderAxo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with our services.
